afterは、前置詞と接続詞があります。
前置詞の場合は、その後は名詞か動名詞にします。
接続詞の場合は、SVが来ます。
そのため、answerという動詞の原形が来るのはおかしいですね。
正しくは、After answering the questions, go to the next page.
または After you answer the questions, go to the next page. です。
beforeも同じで、前置詞と接続詞があります。
